The task of evaluating current employee-executive relations and implementing tools to enhance such relations can lose effectiveness when conducted internally due to partiality.  Furthermore, certain sensitive in-company situations are settled by engaging a non-partisan and experienced third party to access vulnerabilities, mediate, and problem solve.
